Theee worst pizza delivery experience ever. I dont even live far from this place and it would be faster for me to go there (about 3 minutes) but I couldn't leave the party I was hosting. The pizza came 1 hour late and cold and when I called about getting the pizza like that they hung up the phone on me without even replying. They need to get rid of the rude ghetto workers they have there, until they get people who act professional my business will stay with the least worst of the pizza places in this area.

This place is actually the worst location I've ever encountered. 1. Hung up on me several times while I was trying to call them to order, since, you know, their website wasn't working. 2. Never actually delivered my pizzas. 3. Were extremely rude when I called back. Glad I am only visiting this area and not a resident around here. They're not worth the money or effort. They also will tell you it takes over an hour to deliver pizza to you no matter what time it is.

Save your money! Terrible. Ordered my pizza at 4:40. Received part of my order at 6:20, and the second half at 7:10. Both orders were cold. I'm pretty sure they delivered the sandwich that was made with the original order that they accidentally forgot to bring. It was not worth eating!!! What a waste of time and money. NEVER again!!!!

At a Katsucon weekend, winter wind in my hair Gross smell of cosplayers, rising up through the air Up ahead in the distance, I saw our hotel room's light My stomach grumbled and my sight grew dim I had to stop for the night Internet by the doorway; Dominos, I knew too well And I was thinking to myself, "The ratings say this place can go to hell" But I ordered a pizza and I paid anyway There were weeblings down the corridor, I thought I heard them say... "We just ordered from Dominos Pizza A familiar place Stuff food in your face There's plenty of time to get yourself Dominos Pizza Any time of year They'll deliver here" My mind was Anime-twisted, I got the hunger no end We waited in the hotel room, with other friends We looked out in the courtyard, sweet winter sweat. Checked the time to remember, hoped they didn't forget So I called up the Dominos, "Please bring me my pie" They said, "We haven't had the chance to leave since at least 10:45" And still that hunger was calling from far away, Wake my friend up at 12:30 of the night Just for me to say... I ordered from that Dominos Pizza About 2 hours ago Where did the time go? Will you help me get a hold of the manager at Dominos Pizza? What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise) We got busy lines Staring up at the ceiling, We called them more than thrice And we said "We are all just prisoners here, of our own device" We left the hotel room And gathered down outside We saw the dominos lady But she said she didn't have our pie! Last thing I remember, I was Pissed off, you don't even know Dominos lady lied to my face She had our pie a long time ago "Relax," said my good friend "It's pizza lo-behold!" The worst I have had in years, if you Order extra anything, your supposed to get extra, not less, ordered a philly with extra meat, it had 2 paper thin pieces of meat.. WTH is that??? The chicken parm had little prices a chicken and a overload amount of sauce, I don't know the training involved in the "New" Dominoes but gimme a break, if your customers pay for something then follow the business design and just do it!! Stop trying to cut corners to save $ on your food cost to try and make your store look like something clearly that it isn't from looking at other reviews going back a year.. So Leckey I'm not in the business anymore and I'm not area manager for this location, management would be replaced tomorrow!!

Your tracker shows that you delivered my pizza but the pizza showed up 35 minutes later. Your tracker system is a FRAUD! My order was placed at 8:57 pm and was to arrive in 39 minutes. The tracker showed it was DELIVERED but the pizza actually arrived at 10:15 pm! If you has at least called to say that you couldn't meet the delivery time would have been a great customer gesture, but to have your tracker say if had been delivered really made me mad, it's dishonest! The young lady that answered the phone tried to tell me that the delivery time changed to 11/2 hours after my order was placed. Well, you should have updated me.

The single worst experience in YEARS. It has NOW been 1 hour and 40 minutes since ordering our pizza. We have TWICE been told that our pizza was definitely out for delivery but alas...No pizza and their own tracker show it still in the store. When I told the personal on the phone (certainly cannot call THAT 'customer service') that I did not want a cold pizza, she replied "well, we put them under heat lamps!" Really? So, it's coming up on 2 hours and we've JUST been told that they are running an hour and forty five minutes for DELIVERY. No apology, no can we give you a coupon, BUPKUS! Don't waste your time or money. A shame to even call this a business!

I like Domino's, but this location sucks. Ordered pizza 45 min ago still not done. I'm watching what seems to be a manager. He is on the phone then ringing up pizzas and now on his personal cell. I don't think he know how to wash his hands. He just yelled a a customer on the phone and hung up. Oh now my pizzas are ready. Only took them an hour. This place not Domino's, is terrible. I will not be coming back.

Unprofessional (ghetto) and incompetent staff. Placed an order online only to get there and ask the staff to confirm my order and when I get home items were missing. Called the store back only to get the girl up front who placed me on hold and hung up. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone who values your time or service.

We love their pizza but regrettably we will be taking our business elsewhere. Numerous times this location has not gotten the order correct. Additionally, drivers will call to say they are outside my building when they are not. That is inconsiderate of my time. I get that in a perfect world, the driver would pull up and I would walk out my front door at the exact same time. If they could just state, "We'll be there in 5 minutes", that would be way more considerate of my time and I would keep my end of the bargain not to inconvenience the driver with a long wait. As to the ordering process, the manager of the store told me on the phone he hates the online website and wishes customers would call directly. To that I say, not my problem. Don't offer the service if it doesn't transmit my order to you correctly. And on the subject of the store manager. He could not have been more annoyed that I called and complained and went onto tell me how hard it was to operate his business. I elevated my complaint to the Domino's customer service email address. They were sympathetic and issued us a gift card and stated they would have the manager get in touch with us. The manager has yet to contact us after repeated complaints to customer service. I get the message loud and clear. This store does not want my business nor wants me to promote their business to my neighbors. Done!

I've ordered with this Dominos twice and both time the delivery took over an hour to arrive unlike any dominos I've ever ordered from. And when calling the establishment to inquire about the whereabouts of my order the staff was unapologetic and said "they'll be there in a minute.
